Advantages: Equitech-Bio’s Low Endotoxin BSA has very low levels of endotoxins. It is available in large batch sizes.

Uses: It is used as a natural carrier protein for indigenous fatty acids, traces minerals, and growth factors in cell culture where the endotoxin level is important. BSA Low Endotoxin is ideal as a carrier of nutritional supplements in demanding serum-free and chemically defined cell and tissue cultures. It is an effective reagent to stabilize and dilute sensitive protein solutions and is also appropriate for diagnostic assays such as ELISA.

Stability and storage: This BSA is stable for ≥ 5 years when stored at + 5° C +/- 3°C in sealed dry containers.
