All orders and agreements are binding only if confirmed in writing at our Kerrville, Texas office or through delivery of merchandise. When ordering, please be certain to indicate both catalog number and description of product. Equitech-Bio has a minimum of $100 for domestic orders, and $250 for international orders. Orders below this value will have an administrative charge added.

We recommend that customers give specific instructions regarding shipment of their order. In the absence of instructions we will ship the most practical way under conditions existing at the time of shipment.

Payment is due within 30 days of date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Equitech-Bio at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. To qualify for special pricing, any applicable quote or blanket order number must be referenced at the time the order is placed. Prices are net FOB Kerrville, Texas plus shipping and handling. Taxes imposed on the sale of any product listed herein will be added to the prices quoted.

Our shipping responsibility ceases with safe delivery in good condition to the transportation company. Claims by the customer for damage in transit should be made to the transportation company as follows: If upon delivery the outside of the packaging case shows evidence of rough handling or damage, the transportation company's agent should be requested to make a "Received in Bad Order" Notation on the delivery receipt. If there is no exterior evidence of rough handling upon delivery but concealed damage is evident upon unpacking the shipment, the transportation company should, within 48 hours of delivery, be requested to make out a "Bad Order" report. This procedure is necessary in order to maintain the right of recovery from the carrier. In addition, Equitech-Bio should be informed within 10 days of receipt of damaged goods. Non-receipt claims on lost shipments should be made within 30 days of original order.

We use extreme care in selection, checking, rechecking and packing to eliminate the possibility of error. If any shipment discrepancies are discovered, claims must be made to the place of shipment within 10 days to be considered. Please check all packing material thoroughly upon receipt of shipment.

No product may be returned without authorization from Equitech-Bio. This authorization is necessary to ensure correct return of material and issuance of credit or exchange of material. Requests for permission to return products must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned products should be clearly marked with sender's name and address, carefully packed, and shipped prepaid. Products must be returned in the same condition as received and within 15 days of original shipment by Equitech-Bio.
