Equitech-Bio will produce high quality ascites fluid utilizing the researcher's monoclonal antibody producing hybridoma cell line. This program relieves the researcher of the expense of maintaining a required animal facility. Equitech-Bio bases the cost on a specified volume rather than the number of animals required.

We require a stable secreting cell line and information regarding the line's culture characteristics. We will establish the line in our laboratory, cryopreserve stock, and perform a test run to determine optimum conditions. Ascites production is preformed in BALB/C mice or a strain of the researcher's choice. (Some strains of mice may require an adjustment in price.) At the end of the production run, we will provide the researcher with the desired volume of fluid, a sample for testing, and an electrophoretic profile indicating the level of monoclonal antibody. The cell line is then destroyed unless other arrangements have been made.
